We, Laura and Niels, have renovated our 17th century Perigord farmhouse plus outer buildings into 5 luxury boutique design holiday homes. We are located just south of the Dordogne in the Lot et Garonne, surrounded by space, peacefulness and stunning views. Apart from 5 fully decorated loftstyle houses we offer a restaurant with local organic produce, a Barn shop with upcycled finds and of course, a heated swimming pool.

At lunchtime you can enjoy Mediterranean specialties from the kitchen of our new cook Suzette.
Lunch tasting 12.00 – 15.00 for € 22.50 per cover and for children € 12.50.
Tasting Evening menu 18.30 – 23.30 for € 32.00

LA CANTINE PERCHÉE
Authentic, local, honest food and an extensive wine list, that is what we offer at our Restaurant ‘La Cantine Perchée’. We serve simple and elegant fusion dishes designed for sharing. Whether you would like a romantic dinner for two, eat with your family or with some friends, Bassivière is the place to be.
We just love good food and casual dining in an relaxed atmosphere.
In our luxury boutique apartments we combine authentic 17th century elements of the original farmhouse with contemporary industrial materials and design. Experience the space created by the the way we have divided the lofts.

LOT-ET-GARONNE
Lot-et-Garonne is the rural France you always hoped existed – medieval villages and sunflower fields, plum orchards, quiet roads and small farms in gently rolling countryside. The Lot-et-Garonne department, part of the Aquitaine region, is situated in south-west France. Our nearest village is medieval Villeréal with its colorful farmers’ market. Don’t forget the other bastide towns like Monflanquin and Monpazier, and the impressive castle of Chateau de Biron. The famous Dordogne-area, with its caves, castles and prehistoric sites, is right next door.

WHERE WE ARE
You can fly direct to Bergerac from the UK, Germany, The Netherlands and Belgium. Bassivière is 30km south of Bergerac.
You can fly direct to Bordeaux from many more locations in Europe. Bassivière is 150km south east of Bordeaux and, subject to your route, you pass the vineyards of the world famous St Emilion.
Bassivière is 1100km from Utrecht.
ACCOMMODATION RENTAL INFORMATION
All beds are made, so you can start your holiday as soon as you arrive. First set of towels supplied.
Prices are based on 4 persons per apartment, we charge € 100 extra per additional guest per week (except No 4)
